Sonic.Exe, Rouge, Amy, Silver, Infinite, Blade, Eggman, Cream, Metal Sonic, Hero Chao & Dark Chao are all supposed to be upcoming characters in the mod, but it was discontinued due to lack of progress. Tails is the only character who doesn't have a minus form yet. 
This is quite ironic, as in Sonic Heroes, thunder and lightning are his main offensive ability. Tails has a fear of lightning, which is noticeable in his scared sprites. For Tails, this is achieved through simplifying details such as giving Tails solid black eyes and a darker orange tint fur compared to the plain yellow. As previously stated by Cherribun, the overall style is meant to be a mix of the Modern and Classic era designs. It has two speakers mounted on the side has a logo depicting two tails, in reference to Tails' defining trait, branded near its front. It also has wheels seen in the undercarriage for its car mode. It has two wings on its side for the flight mode. The Cylone has two large legs along with a minigun mounted on the front and a missile launcher latched onto the back fin. which can transform between an aerial, walker, and vehicle state, though it remains in its walker state in the mod. He is seen atop the "Cyclone", a mech Tails uses in Sonic Adventure 2. His clothing set contains a pair of white gloves, ankle socks, along with red and white shoes. Due to his younger age, he is depicted to be short and stocky compared to older characters in the Sonic series. He has blue eyes (depicted as black) and three hair strands that protrude out of his forehead. Tails is an anthropomorphic fox with yellow-orange fur and white patches on his ears and stomach. Rather than any sort of love interest in this scenario, Tails is here to be Sonic's hype man and provide the music for the lyrical battles. He is Sonic's best friend and wishes to follow in his footsteps one day. Tails is the overall deuteragonist of the Sonic franchise.

The corruption from the Corruption mod wouldn't affect Sonic, due to the fact that he is "too swagalicious for that.". Sonic also is a playable character in The Weeg Mod with his own song, "Sonic Heroes", which is based on the 2003 game of the same name. The first was Mean Boyfriend from Friday Night Funkin 'Minus and the third was Cesar Fever from Friday Night Fever. Sonic is the second character who is not scared by thunder. 
Sonic's death screen is a reference to when Sonic loses a life in most of his games. In Week 5, he wears a Santa Hat and a Christmas vest with white edges and buttons. In his older appearances, he appears taller like most modern iterations of Sonic meanwhile his newer appearance (V3 and Pixel) show him as slightly smaller and rounded. 
Sonic is an anthropomorphic blue hedgehog with blue fur and quills, skintone arms and belly, and wearing white gloves and socks with red shoes. Taking the place of Boyfriend, he races into the scene! Wielding a microphone of his own, he rises up to the challenge of battling foes with music. Sonic' is the titular main protagonist of the Sonic franchise, and the mascot of SEGA. “ What you see is what you get! Just a guy that loves adventure! I'm Sonic the Hedgehog! ”
